Pistachio has been cultivated since 6750 BC and The Middle East has been the native land of the pistachio. In Turkey pistachio is especially grown in Gaziantep and Şanlıurfa.

Pistachio is a nut which has positive effects on health. It has nutrient content rich in protein, fat and fatty acids, fiber, vitamins and minerals. Pistachio is also the rich source of phenolic compounds and has high antioxidant activity. The several researchers determine that pistachio consumption has beneficial effects on hypertension, cancer, diabetes and cardiovascular diseases

Roasted Pistachio in Shell

Description: Pistachios which have been roasted with salt/no salt according to customer demands after peeling the outer red shell.

Origin:  Gaziantep or Şanlıurfa

Types: Unsalted & roasted pistachio in shell, salted & roasted  pistachio in shell and raw pistachio in shell.

Packaging: Plastic bags, vacuum+cartoon and similar packaging options.

Sector: Usually consumed as a snack.

Red Pistachio Kernels

Description:  Mature pistachio kernels which have been separated from the hard shell. According to customer specifications pistachio kernels could be raw or roasted with salt, roasted without salt.

Origin:  Gaziantep or  Şanlıurfa

Types: Natural whole red pistachio kernels roasted whole red pistachio kernels, roasted & salted whole red pistachio kernels.

Packaging: Kraft bags, vacuum cartoon and similar packaging options.

Sector: Preferred in chocolate, ice-cream and halva sectors. Also consumed as a snack.

Chopped red pistachio kernels

Description: Chopped mature pistachio kernels which have been separated from the hard shell. The size and the moisture level can vary according to customer specifications.

Origin:  Gaziantep or  Şanlıurfa

Size: In different sizes such as 1-3 mm, 3-5 mm, 5-7 mm and 7-9 mm. Also powdered form is available.

Packaging: Kraft bags, vacuum cartoon and similar packaging options.

Sector: Preferred in chocolate, ice-cream and halva sectors. Also consumed as a snack.

Mawardi Pistachio Kernels

Description: Mawardi pistachio kernels which are not fully mature and %70 of the kernels are green.

Origin:  Gaziantep or  Şanlıurfa

Type: Whole mawardi pistachio kernels.

Packaging: Kraft bags, vacuum cartoon and similar packaging options.

Sector: Preferred in ice-cream and halva sectors.

Chopped Mawardi Pistachio Kernels

Description: Chopped mawardi pistachio kernels. The size and the moisture level can vary according to customer specifications.

Origin:  Gaziantep or  Şanlıurfa

Size: In any desired sizes between 1-7  mm and can calibrated with 1-2 mm size differences.

Description: Early harvested pistachios which have been separated from the hard shell. The kernels are green inside and has unique taste and flavor.

Origin:  Gaziantep or  Şanlıurfa.

Type: Whole green pistachio kernels.

Packaging: Kraft bags, vacuum cartoon and similar packaging options.

Sector: Preferred in chocolate, ice-cream, bakery and desert sectors. It gives the original green color to Baklava.

CHOPPED GREEN PISTACHIO KERNELS

Description: Chopped green pistachio kernels.  The kernels are green inside and have unique taste and flavor.

Origin:  Gaziantep or  Şanlıurfa.
